May I present: the Craigslist couch!

Cute, right? Marigold. Tufted. I love it!!! And it was a steal. We’re planning to shampoo it. And not eat directly off of it. It was about $1000 cheaper than similar ones we were looking at online so I can use that money on a chair or something. Win-win! And if we decide we don’t like it, I’m confident of its resale value on Craigslist in our little neighborhood.
Boyd is supposedly not going to be allowed on it.
I think he felt like he needed to put his nose in each individual tuft. Its prior owners definitely had a dog. A beautiful dog that I tried to get them to give me along with the couch. I’m serious. Her name was Stella.
And then, because he’s a genius, he immediately knocked his tennis ball underneath the couch.
Now those bachelor green chairs need to go pronto!!!!!!
Woops. That was lunch today. I had a few things in mind, but we were crunched for time. We ended up getting out of church late, and I was actually socializing so I guess Kevin didn’t want to drag me away. Lol. Then we were in a rush to head out to look at the couch After we checked it out, Kevin took care of picking it up with a friend while I headed to the gym.
Today’s WOD:
Warm-up: Jog .5 miles
Run 6 1000’s each followed by 60 seconds of recovery (I was going for approximately tempo pace so I ran them at 7.8, 7.9, 8.0, 7.8, 7.9, and 8.0)
Cool-down: Jog 1 mile
I ran 5.5 miles total, and I was ready to call it a day. There were no good Olympics events on obviously!!!
